Pre-session CONSULTATION

I will coach you through every step of the process. My goal is to capture you just as you are.

Expert guidance on locations, outfits, and posing

You’ll be surprised how easy and FUN your session can be! And don’t worry about kids, pets (or even adults) not having their best day. It’s all about the pureness, love and connection!

03.

Professionally edited, high-resolution images

Within 72hrs a sneak peek will be posted on our Facebook/Instagram page and within one to three weeks you will receive your proofing gallery! 

04.

Private online gallery for easy viewing & downloads

After you’ve sent in the selection I will prepare your final images which you will then be able to download and print in the gallery print store.

At this moment we book three-to-four months in advance, so our advice is to schedule your session as soon as you decide you want one. 
 
For maternity and newborn clients we recommend booking/reserving your sessions at the mid-end of the first trimester. There is always room for rescheduling (without any costs) one week prior to your session. If you want a session sooner than there is a spot available, feel free to inquire anyway – we do sometimes have last-minute spots free.

We can go over all the details in your pre-session consult. You’ll recieve a style guide and there’s also the option to use the client wardrobe. At every session, there is room for changing to approximately 2-3 sets, if you’d like to do this please let me know beforehand so we can anticipate on it!. You’re also always welcome to bring your own props for your session.

All prices shown are including 19% VAT. We accept VAT forms which can be used for the remaining balance and/or for extra orders.

Please make sure all the info on the VAT form is correct, the requirements are also sent out together with the booking confirmation.

We feel that a portrait is for life; a priceless heirloom of your family to be cherished forever. However, we understand that investing in beautiful portraiture for your home is not always a planned or budgeted for. To help you spread the cost of your images, we offer 0% payment plans over 6 months for orders above € 500,-
 
In order to qualify for a payment plan, you must discuss it prior to your session. Payment plans will not be granted the day of your session if not discussed prior.

At no time are RAW files included in any package. Images are High-Resolution and will print perfectly. For large wall prints, we do suggest ordering via us to guarantee quality.
 
At the proofing  gallery there’s also the option to order more retouched digitals. For more information about prices feel free to write us a message!

You will receive a print release form at your session. With this form, you are granted permission to make prints, share and use the final photos that come with the package. You are able to make your own final selection and you can use these photos for personal use as you please. At no time unedited/raw files will be handed out.

The final gallery files will not have any watermarks! The proofing gallery will have a watermark, these photos cannot be downloaded, shared, or printed.

A non-refundable retainer of € 50,- is required to secure your spot on the calendar. The retainer will be applied towards your overall session balance. The remaining balance is due on the date of the first session (not including digital/print upgrades). If the retainer isn’t paid within 7 days after booking, the session will automatically be cancelled.

Reschedules are free of charge (1x). After that a rescheduling fee of €100 will be charged. 
 
Any client who does not cancel (at least 7 days before the session) or reschedule (at least 48 hours) of a session will forfeit the retainer and there will be a 25% cancellation fee charged of the booked package.
 
If cancelled the day of the session, or in case of a no-show, 100% cancellation fee will be charged of the booked package.

Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored once session deposit is made, this does not include the MwSt./Tax change by the government.
 
Travel expenses (> 30 min.) are not included.

An additional fee for large groups or for sessions outside opening hours may apply. Prices may vary depending on your wishes.
